As an Implementation Manager at Simbe Robotics, you will be part of a talented team managing the successful production launch of our Tally solution within retail chains. This position requires a unique combination of technical skills, coupled with effective communication, relationship management, project management, leadership, the ability to train our customers successfully, and represent our company and product in public environments.

Responsibilities

  • Implementation of project plan development and tracking
  • Support pilots and launch new customers. Change management at customers and implementing Simbe’s product into retailer’s processes.
  • Deploy Tally in new retailer engagements: Learn store and retailer processes and procedures. Map store and set up capture points for initial traversals.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Simbe product and the retail technology landscape, with the ability to speak about everything from Simbe architecture to platform.
  • Partner with internal departments - specifically Computer Vision Team, Web Team, Field Team, Data Team, Sales, and Customer Success - to refine signature to scale pilot messaging/approaches and improve customer experience.
  • Develop pilot strategies relative to reporting, capture methodology/execution, and integration.
  • Support or Lead internal meetings to align core teams around specific customer engagement goals for pilot to scale.
  • Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams based on customer and market insights, thereby influencing product development and strategy.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in selling enterprise technology, particularly to retailers and data consumer segments.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding success metrics as an individual contributor.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with an emphasis on relationship-building, both internally and externally.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work across the various stakeholder levels.
  • Proficiency in presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint or Google Slides).
  • Strong analytic skills and proficiency in analytic software (e.g., Excel) to analyze data and create/tell a compelling “story.”
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, be comfortable with the fluid environment of an early-stage entrepreneurial company, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
  • Willing and able to travel to visit customers (estimate 4-8 days/month). Being close to a major airport is a plus.
